When logging in for the first time, please follow these instructions:

1. Type in your username, which is your existing BC member number.
Note: There are 2 types of member number configurations,
12345-67 and 1234-567. Please use your exact number, dashes included.

2. Type in your temporary password, which is the member’s birthday as a six-digit number made up of the month, day and year.

Example: 
Member number: 1234-567
Birthday: May 7, 1952

Username: 1234-567
Temporary Password: 050752

3. Once you log in, please update your password by following the on-screen instructions.
